Sightseeing in Bucharest

When I start thinking of sightseeing the first place that comes up in my head is Bucharest, Romania. This city is so amazing and full of landmarks, that you can never get bored exploring it. In fact, you may fall so much in love in it, that you will not want to leave.

Bucharest is a city with a long history and traditions. The thing is, though, that these traditions have been mixed with the spirit of western countries during the years. What do I mean? I mean that the western lifestyle and architecture have a huge influence on the local world. Most of the buildings in Bucharest have been built in an old western manner. They are big, glossy and spectacular and they somehow remind of Paris. Yes, Paris! Even Bucharest hotels remind of the sophisticated atmosphere in the French capital.

Landmarks, which may be of interest to you are the Arch of Triumph, the Royal Palace, the Romanian Athenaeum, the National History Museum, the National Art Museum, the colossal Palace of the Parliament and many many more spectacular places.

To tell you the truth your journey in the Romanian capital will start yet from your luxury hotel Bucharest, as it is also housed in a stylish old building. Isn't it great? You will live like a Royalty and you will have the opportunity to look around one of the most beautiful cities on the Balkan Peninsula.

Enjoy your trip!
